Large quantities (5,000) of raster scans only? 300 dpi, D or E size, deskew, crop ,rotate and inspect for image quality .....Less than $1.60 each (depending on drawing condition).   

Want them archived too?  In addition to the above, we will index and attach images to VisualBASE EDM . Provide a free copy of Visual BASE EDM, Install Visual base on your PC, Provide Visual BASE EDM   training  and include one year tech support / updates and upgrades...Less than $2.60 per image.

If you aren't ready to invest in a scanner yet or have just a few drawings to convert, putting our in-house scanning bureau to work for you could be just the ticket. We maintain a range of scanners, up to the Contex E-sized 500 dpi scanner, ready to serve. If you need color or have large quantities (1000+)  we can get you the best deal with our bureau based scanning. 

Want to do your own conversions? All you do is send us copies of your originals. We'll Scan them and send you back raster files, email, disket, zip or CD.. You can then convert the raster files to a CAD vector format using your own copy of  Draftsman 2000.

Another option is to have us both Scan and Convert your drawings to a vector format. Drawings are individually scanned and converted (no batch processing used). We use the latest version of Draftsman Plus 32 software for the conversion, which separates out the small text on a second layer (line and arc format). Each drawing gets individual attention for optimum conversion quality.

Send a sharp black and white (or blue and white) copy of your original drawing. We will scan the drawing at 300 dpi, align and convert it to any of the listed file formats. Turn around time is usually one day to one week depending on our current backlog.

We Ship via UPS two day air within continental US:
$9.00 for one drawing + conversion. Add .25 per additional drawing if drawings are to be returned.

Extra cost options:

400 or 500 dpi add $5 per raster to vector conversion for A,B or C size . Add $3 for raster only.

400 or 500 dpi add $10 per raster to vector conversion for D or E size. Add $5 for raster only.

Conversion of line text to "real text fonts" - extra cost varies per drawing, please call for quote.

Special Notes:

Do not send greatly reduced documents as the intelligent software will not have enough information to interpret properly. Small text under 1/10 of an inch will start to lose readability.

Also, please try not to fold your drawings if possible! Better quality scans are created when not battling creases.
