Money saving hint: The Graphtec IS 200 and Paradigm Image Pro can be upgraded later to a faster and/ or Color model. The 200Pro can be upgraded to color.
Most important consideration: For scanning engineering drawings, make sure your scanner has at least 300 dpi true optical resolution, 400 is even better, for maps consider 600 dpi true optical to separate out lines.
