BACKDRAFT  PRO!

It seems there's a lot of you out there who need to get drawings into prior versions of AutoCAD at least judging by the response to BackDraft!. Many of you must have clients, management, or older PCs running older ACADs, and have known the frustration of being locked out. BackDraft! gets you in by converting any AutoCAD drawing file from version 2.5 through Release 13 to any other version from 2.5 to 12, in seconds. BackDraft!'s mouse-driven interface couldn't be easier to use. Select the files to be converted by tagging them. Then choose the version to convert to, and you're off. BackDraft! converts entities that aren't supported in older versions to entities that are. For example, when necessary, polyline meshes are converted to 3-D faces, dimensions are converted to inserts, and Paperspace entities are preserved on their own layer.

New BackDraft Pro! adds DWG-to-DXF and DXF-to-DWG conversion for use with other programs and CAD systems. Like BackDraft!, you can process as many files as you like at once, and create files compatible with any version of ACAD from v2.5.
